When visiting Mennonite friends in central Pennsylvania, they informed us of their grave concern. Because they are born again Christians, life-long Mennonites, they are alarmed at the enemy taking over the Mennonite congregations.
The theological enemy equals homosexuals - practicing homosexuals and those endorsing their lifestyle as God blessed.
So while having breakfast with our friends, Paul showed me a magazine published by the Mennonites. There were numerous letters to the editor exclaiming over the infiltration of homosexuals.
I wondered how this could be. Homosexuals have taken over the Episcopal Church of America so that now the bishop states to media that biblical Episcopalians are "of the devil." The whole apostasy has spread so far as to influence the worldwide Anglican communion.
The African Anglicans have been particularly vocal about the American Episcopal mad move. African communions have informed the Archbishop of Canterbury that he had better exercise his spiritual authority as lead pastor in warning the American congregations of their spiritually backslidden condition.
Thus far, the Archbishop has shown little gusto in doing that. In fact, he has become an irritant to the worldwide believing Anglican worshipers in not doing enough for the biblical cause.
So when I read the letters to the editor of a Mennonite magazine, I immediately thought of the homosexual plan. It's a plot from hell. It is to infiltrate heretofore biblical gatherings with their diabolical dogma as well as sinful lifestyle. Therefore, they have now come upon not only the aesthetically prone Episcopalians but also the plain living Mennonites.
But the Mennonites? How the Mennonites? And why?
The bottom line is that Mennonites are known for being a "peace church" like unto the Plymouth Brethren and the Society of Friends (Quakers). Numerous homosexuals agree to be non-military and therefore fit right in with the peace accent of these so-called "peace churches," hence the gravitation of homosexuals to the Mennonites communities.
The "homosexual Mennonites" then champion pacifism while spreading homosexual lifestyle as God ordained alongside heterosexual lifestyle.
What is particularly alarming is that the editorial leadership, that is, especially in Mennonite printed material such as denominational magazines, have taken the side of the homosexuals. In other words, homosexual enthusiasts have infiltrated the printed word, the reading material going out into Mennonite homes and church sanctuaries.
I don't think the rest of Christendom is as much aware of the homosexual infiltration of the Mennonites as it is aware of the Episcopal diabolical, for example. However, it would be wise to take stock of the infiltration in many locales religious, including not only the Episcopal Church in America but also the United Church of Christ (Congregational), Presbyterian Church of America and the Evangelical Lutheran Church of America (the term "evangelical" no longer having its biblical meaning in the title of that denomination).
In short, the homosexual religious actors have continued their inroads in what appears to those concerned about End Times theology as a takeover of the Christian Church.

They are beautiful with peaches and cream complexions, blonde to light brown hair, blue eyes and the muscle tone that only hard work brings to a body.
Why must the queers destroy this peaceable enclave, an oasis from the modern world that wants only to farm, to work, and worship Christ in their own way? That ECUSA figures in the plot is unfortunate. The Mennonites, and their Amish cousins, refer to most anyone outside their communities as "Anglische" -- and are immediately suspect. (The Mennonites are more integrated to their neighbors than the Amish who are exclusive.) God help them -- they will need it. |

We weren't looking and "they" have infiltrated our churches - intentionally and with malice! I have a T-shirt which reads: "Piracy: hostile takeover withouth the paperwork." As good a description of what these liberalists have done as any other - piracy !!

One of the things that has always bothered me is when people who have no belief consistent with historic Christianity (i.e. the Spongs of the world) continue to claim they are Christian when they don't have Christian beliefs. They deny Scripture, deny the sacrificial death and resurrection of Jesus, claim there is no sin, claim that everyone is going to heaven, and yet they still claim to be "Christian." You'd think those of that ilk would have more integrity.  I guess my thoughts don't apply specifically to this particular article, but the comment on piracy got me thinking about that. |

The 'nice' fifty/twenty-something gay and lesbian couples that enjoy the 'respectability' of church congregations are far less the homosexualist paradigm than such packs of restless and lost souls as these Sodomites hell-bent on defiling whatever attracts--or opposes--their filthy, predatory, insatiable lust. On account of which, (as St. Paul says in Romans 1:28), even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a debased mind, to do those things which are not fitting. It should come as no surprise to anyone who knows anything of the terrible scourge of sodomy to find them rallying and infiltrating, using any means legal and radical, not--don't be fooled--for "civil rights" (they alone had these in Sodom) but for power, power to practice their lewdness at will and with abandon, power to 'know' anyone they want, power to destroy anyone who opposes them. The 'love that dare not speak its name' now shouts at the top of its lungs, demanding not simply 'acceptance' but preference! Like vampires, once they are 'invited' in (obviously through deceit), they show their true colors as bloodsuckers and parasites (since they have no life in themselves except by feeding upon the lives of others). To accept such creatures as they are (rather, have become) is by no means 'loving'; make no fatal mistake about that. The radical gay movement has gone far beyond mere civil recognition and toleration at this point. It has become a struggle for power and authority. NOTICE: These comments are directed at non-repentant homosexuals, who, like the Sodomites, will not be warned or curbed. Those who struggle with this spiritual possession and throw themselves on the mercy of God, will by His infinite grace be healed and restored, beginning in this life and into eternity. As our Lord Jesus says, Come to Me all you who labor and are heavily laden, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn of Me; for I am meek and humble of heart, and you will find rest for your souls. |

Yes, beloved bloggers, this issue is patent devilspawn! CENNY is correct in that a full offensive is required, but most leaders among us (with a noted few exceptions) are all about a respectful dialogue! Imagine! A dialogue with the devil! This article disgusts! If readers had any idea how much . . . I had an impression that the Bible believing god-fearing crowd would be immune to this assault of filth. But this very crowd (in its various forms) had been specifically targetted by the gay activists 'as the last hold out' of religious intolerance to be dissemenated. But delusion remains delusion - Sigh! New Sodom knocks! A vast change is on our doorsteps - crowding in! I suggest the use of the only weapons that will work to beat a spiritual scourge, as this is warfare! We must pray that the strongholds of the enemy will become cracked and will fall. We must fast and pray. We must daily put on the full armour of God. Works are secondary, but necessary. |

An illustration for me personally was the sodomite in our former TEC parish that saw fit to hit on me. This vulgar little sodomite knew that I am very happily married (to a fine and loving WOMAN), and his advances took place in the Sacristy of the Cathedral of the Diocese of Milwaukee.
If anyone could tell me how long it may take for the stench of the rememberance of that day to pass, please let me know. Our leaving TEC has managed to efface the stink to a small degree but not enough. |

ECUSA cited Did a quick internet search on this issue and find that this article was actually written in April 2005 and further research finds that this issue has been plaquing the Mennonites for decades (at least as long has it as with TEC). A merger of 2 Mennonite church groups in 2001 brought the issue to a head for some state groups. Community a state groups are rather autominous and the national leadership conferences have given the individual groups the option of recognizing same sex marriages and allowing lesbians and homosexuals to be members.
Unfortunately the "peace theology" of the Mennonites has caused them to follow the same path of pansexualism as the other churches. |

Victims can be culpable too, in complex relational issues. Ask God to show you any 'needful issues' that need attention. Be gutsy and transparent before God! 2. Forgive your wounder. I mean it, and God commands it! (As tough as it is, sometimes.) Your forgiveness, from the heart, releases spiritual power that will loose chains from your heart, and aid your wounder, as well. God is gracious! 3. Healing prayer is key to freedom. TALK to people in your life who know how to pray. This is where you you will need to take stock of the pray-ers in your community. PM me if you have a problem with this. Solutions exist. Pray with a mature and trusted confidant, thus: - relax and let the cross carry your attention - contemplate Jesus, and His person, in your presence - offer your painful memory to Him allowing it to go (to Jesus/the cross) - wait, and attend to His provision for you - ASK the Holy Spirit to fill those places where pain and darkness and anger had resided, prior - wait, and attend to His provision for you - return thanks to God, in prayer Be generous with your prayer time. The cure is in the Body of Christ, "the hospital of souls", full of the means of grace. For several years I have realized that Anita Bryant was correct 30 years ago. The biggest mistake that was ever made was giving civil rights status on the basis on sexual behavior. More than just ECUSA/TEC, we need to roll back to the standards and understanding that were commonplace 30/40 years ago. Homosexual discrimination is NOT the same as racial discrimination and that sleight of hand was first and foremost an insult to the struggles of black Americans.
Homosexuals should not be allowed to adopt children or act as foster parents. End of subject. Job discrimination against homosexuals should be permitted in cases such as school teacher, youth counselor and especially any pastoral ministry. The pastoral response to a homosexual person should be to get the person in therapy in order to get them to overcome their illicit tendencies or to adapt to being celibate. The problem that we face in this country as well as the church is the fault of people like me. As a baby boomer, I was part of the "counter-cultural" movement. The stupidest thing this country ever did was to listen to us, spoiled rotten brats. Our parents shouldn't have read Dr. Spock, they should have spanked our bottoms with the book! What on earth did we know as teenagers, college students and young "adults" about foreign policy or even life. All we knew was that our parents were always wrong and that free sex and drugs somehow made us wise and smart. The problem was that for every hard-core baby boomer, there was at least 3-4 go-alongers who just wanted to buy into "it's your thing, do what you want to do". Many of us left the faith, so it was funny when Anita Bryant got smacked in the face with a pie. After all she was just another goodie-goodie, one of those Bible-thumping Christians that didn't understand what was really happening. After all, it was just another kind of love and the gays were hurting anybody. Incrementalism, the slippery slope, the frog in the slowly boiling kettle.....we now are reaping the whirlwind of our carelessly mis-spent youths. May God have mercy on our souls. The biggest problem is that so many of my generation still don't get it. Sorry Anita, that I laughed when you got smacked in the face. It wasn't funny, it wasn't free speech, it was a violent assault. Please forgive me, you were just trying to warn us about the hubris that lay ahead. I wished we had listened.  |
